By accessing or using Keep It Krispy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keep It Krispy is an AI-powered meeting memory service that:

• Receives and stores meeting transcripts from Krisp
• Provides AI-powered search and insights
• Enables document storage and analysis
• Integrates with Claude AI via MCP (Model Context Protocol)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or sync to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your User Content
• Generate AI-powered insights and summaries
• Create vector embeddings for search functionality
• Display your content back to you through our interfaces

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to process content without proper consent from meeting participants

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify important information independently
• AI outputs do not constitute professional advice

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Keep It Krispy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEP IT KRISPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keep It Krispy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end immediately
• We will delete your data within 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
